I could eat the simplest foods, like pasta, rice, and lentils every day—indeed, I do—as long as I have three staples: instant coffee, olive oil, and green hot sauce.
There is something about flavors that inspire gratitude for me. As long as I’m making a list, I also love:
- red chili-flavored dark chocolate
- chamomile vanilla tea
- wheat english muffins
I’m looking forward to fresh fruit and vegetables again. I miss them, but I’m happy.
