Here’s a quick vegan recipe for oats with excellent texture.

  • Fill container 2/3 full of old-fashioned oats,
  • add coconut/almond/oat milk to just above the oats,
  • microwave no more than 1 minute (important),
  • add fruit preserves, dark brown sugar, and more “milk.”
